The Dart 100 - Reintroducing Zero Down payment with no maximum income limit restriction. Loan amounts up to $548,250. This is a ZERO DOWN proprietary Dart Bank Loan! Not MSHDA, not RD...which means no Geographic or income restrictions. Also allows up to 3% in seller concessions.
USDA Rural Development – A great loan program if you are buying in a rural area. With zero down available and up to 6% in allowable concessions, the RD loan provides a great alternative to other low down payment options such as FHA.
VA – You served our country, now it is time for us to serve you! A loan designed for eligible veterans that requires no money down and no payment of monthly mortgage insurance.
